Looking to start third cycle, realized I don't know what I'm doing, lol
Hi guys, I'm looking to start a cycle but not sure about a few things.
I currently have a few bottles of Andromix, Win (Stanover), Test Prop.
Would this be a good stack?
Andromix, 1cc EOD
HGH, 4 IUs/day
Test Prop - not sure how much more to add since it's already in andomix. Suggestions?
Run this for 8 weeks or ?
Maybe add Winny in the beginning or end. Suggestions on that and dosage would be great.
Previous:
1st cycle:
Ran a short 6 week cycle of deca + 300mgs Test Cyp two months ago. Put on quick some size but my goal is to cut fat not gain mass.
2nd: Took 1 cycle of:
Anvar
Clenbuterol
Test ent 300mgs/wk
Current:
4IU of hgh/day (just started up again after a 1 month trip to italy/croatia).
Test Ent 150mg twice a week. Will switch to Test Prop in a week because of the shorter esther.
On day 5 of a 25 day run of HCG (5000 IU).
I should get some Clomid and Nolvadex but don't know a lot about those yet.
Current stats:
44 years old
5’10"
180 lbs
Not sure on body fat, probably 12-14% more or less. Will get a machine to measure better.
Workout 3 to 4x a week, moderate intensity. Not looking to compete obviously, just get more ripped.
Training: 10 years
Eat fairly clean, modified paleo with some complex carbs. Could be a lot more vigilant but travel makes it tough sometime.

I didnt quite understand your post? What all is in the andromix? And what all were you planning on taking(include miligrams please)

and since you seem so unsure, let's have a look at your diet.
go over to the nutrition section and post up your diet. include your macros per meal and total macros per day. if you have one, post a pic of yourself so we can double check your bf%. include your stats over there too. If you do not know your TDEE, I can calculate it for you.
And don't forget to post your goals over there too, so I don't have to keep switching between all your threads to try and understand what is going on

Andromix is just a blend of three of the typical cutting agents:
Test prop 50mg, Tren ace50mg, Mast 50mg
Was thinking of this combo:
Andromix, 1ml EOD

I will go check out the nutrition section. But I travel a lot so my diet is not consistent and I definitely don't measure. I know I can bring food in glasslock type containers but when I say travel I mean for weeks at at a time and it's not easy to cook, bring and refrigerate foods on those trips.

traveling is not so hard if you do it smart. your hotel room have a fridge? can you bring a blender? know where a Costco is at?
Costco:
liquid egg whites
canned chicken
bananas
apples
other stores:
fresh kale
fresh spinach
bring three shaker cups.
one for in the morning
two for during the day while at work
you can eat extremely clean and correctly while traveling
what you just said sounds like
"I don't have enough time to go to the gym"
I don't buy it.....
If you want it, then make it happen

I agree for when I'm traveling in the US and for a week or so. But 6 weeks throughout the Mediterranean isn't as easy. I love costco, but did not see one in Odessa Ukraine, Riga, Latvia or any town in Croatia.
But I appreciate the suggestions, and know I have a lot to learn from the forum. I did bring Quest bars, protein powder and gluten-free oatmeal which lasted about 18 days. The shaker idea is a good one - will look at getting some of those

Yes im familiar with andromix, but some have different compounds and mgs in them. The part i didnt understand was when u said you had (stanover)?? Anyways ill be completely honest. I would not run this cycle until you figure out your diet. Also you would need to find away to increase intensity while on cycle.

Here are some photos if that helps. Ive never had Bodyfat measured but did buy something on Amazon to check it.
Have had a carb-heavy diet the last few weeks in croatia and italy. But now back home and ready to get serious.
Also the red thing on my abdomen isn't definition it's a scar I got a week ago while spearfishing.
My goals are probably less ambitious than most on the forum. I want to cut body fat down and get harder, more defined muscles. Not looking for size gains or a bigger max weights.
Yes I have Stanover (winistrol) also. Was an idea to use it but don't have to of course. I read it worked well with the compounds found in andromix.

You're right, I didn't know any actionable info on PCT until finding this forum. As mentioned, I'm new to this and looking to learn.
My doc realized i needed TRT 18 months ago so I started taking it (200mg/test cyp 1x wk) and as I saw some muscle gain results I didn't expect I got more interested and wanted to check out other ways to improve. That's why I'm here.
For the last 5 weeks I've been running 300 mg/wk of Test Ent. Before that I did 1 two week cycle on clen and anvar. 4 months ago I did 4 weeks on Deca (200 mg/wk) and Test Cyp (300mg/wk). Haven't done any PCT stuff. I felt like those were so 'light' I hesitate to even call them cycles. Low dosages for a short time.Last edited by kelhalla; 08-13-2014 at 11:27 AM.

Well, if you're on TRT you don't need a pct. However, as you appear to be very uneducated in these matters you should stop everything other than your TRT dose and educate yourself fully before dipping in again.
200mg per week is at the high end of TRT dosages. What are your levels on that? are you takin an AI for your TRT? Are you using HCG ?NO SOURCES GIVEN

I am taking HCG now. Couldn't for the 6 weeks I was traveling.
Not taking an AI. What dose is best. Should this be run all the time?

Kelkels right you need to get your E2(estrogen) levels checked out by bloodwork. If there high then you need to start taking an ai. I to was on 200mg when i first started trt. But once i started hcg and an ai i was able to drop my dose.
