    How much T3 is enough and to much?

    I have a bottle of RUI T3 here at 200mcg/ml. I guess i should start my cut in a few weeks so im working out my stack and T3 dose.

    Last cut i ran 100mcg, just took half a ml daily but now that i think about it i got quite thin, well compared to how i am now but im at the peak of my bulk, when i look at photos of me right now and photos of me after my cut im a lot bigger now, im just wondering if the T3 stripped mass off me. Anyways, should i just MEASURE out 0.25mg on a 3ml syringe and use that daily?

    If up to 100mcg isn't working, I'd look for another method and/or address problem areas.

    .25ml is 50mcg. That's a good starting dose.

    Hey aust and scotch thanks for the replies. Austinite is 100mcg to much? Would that burn thru my muscle tissue? And i was thinking
    250mg of test
    600mg of mast e
    Winstrol for the last 6 weeks
    0.25mg adex x 2 per week.

    Is this enough to keep my muscle tissue?

    Not with that much gear. No way. Not even 200 mcg would eat at muscle with that cycle (not that I recommend it). Something else is wrong if it's not working.

    He's afraid he took too much, working too well. got too thin.

    OP 50 mcg is a great dose. Even I got thinner than I wanted on that dose, but with 75 mcg and more gear it was fine but appetite was too strong. Without knowing more about you I would say a 50 mcg would be somewhat optimal, it is effective, and depending on the person can have limited sides, and for me increasing the dose doesn't necessarily improve fat loss.

    Are u saying that the gear amount is to little, or enough to preserve muscle, im confused by your not with that much gear no way, lol sorry man, pretty tired. Is the cycle ive got outlined enough? Will 600mg of mast really preserve muscle mass?
