Critique my cycle please

A little background about me. I did a test only cycle in 2004 but I didnt do everything properly so I wasted my time. This time I want to make things work and keep gains. I have dieted down about 60 pounds in the last 10 months.

Another question I have are my results of this cycle a function of diet? Meaning if I stick with the posted diet will this be a bulking cycle? Or if I go with a 2500 calorie diet will this cycle become a cutting cycle? Or do I need to run a different cycle for bulking or cutting?
