First cycle plan
Ok guys, here are my status:
Age 30
Height : 160 cm // 5,3 feet
Weight : 58 kg // 128 lbs
BF: 10%
I plan to do a 8 week cycle, I will put some anavar while I wait the 2weeks before pct, so it would be like this:
1-8 test-c 200mg/wk
6-10 anavar 40mg/wk
11- start PCT
I need help with PCT tough and should I want to have something in hand for gyno just in case, what should it be ? How should I proceed if I see signs of gyno ? Thx

8 weeks is too short for a long ester.
You need an AI
You need to include HCG
Anavar @ 40mg for two weeks isn't going to do much.
Have you read the thread on beginner cycles?
What is your nutrition plan? You need to fuel the growth and you are already very light weight. Steroids won't do anything if you don't eat beyond your TDEE.

Anavar would be 5 weeks, not 2... It would go from week 6 until week 10... I was thinking about 8 weeks instead of 12 because I didn't want to be so long on steroids , I am very light but I am very short also, in fact I am a little bit muscular already... My diet is 1000 calories above my TDEE...
I just put the anavar in the final part of cycle because I could use it instead of just waiting 2 weeks without anything before start pct...Last edited by Jatada; 08-14-2014 at 05:02 PM.

Then look into prop.
8 weeks on prop would be perfect.
Get AI, hcg and pct ironed out to.

IMHO , I don't think you should touch any AAS and work on adding more weight to your frame man . No disrespect
