Gear what are you all talking about I hav never touched the stuff LOL.
Well i could get into deep detail but won't for a few reasons. But here is a breakdown of history and some things I believe.
I started off at 19 at 175 and within 4months built up to 200 naturally YES I SAID NATURALLY. I believe to many people start gear without building a good base and they lose out on quality. I competed as a teen only using 2 btl of test, won my first show and got 5th that same year at teen nationals. The next year I hit a state show and won the novice heavy wt as well as took 2nd in the light heavy's. This year I am looking at coming in at 215 or so and want the overall.
I like long cycles with high doses of test as the base.
I have used 9iiu of gh for last 8 months with very good results.
Gh must be used first off once a persona actually needs it, 2nd
with high doses of test, third slin, and if possilbe t3. I am big on
slin usage and believe its a very important part of growing.
I do use orals for 4-6 weeks at high doses then off for the same
amount of time. However none of this is going to work without
proper diet and training. In the offseason I get in 6-7000 calories
and I train very heavy and very brief. For instance legs
start with 315 for 20 and work up to 600 for 5-7 then hit the lying
leg curls and I am done. I am hoping to have a website up soon
and be able to help guys without charging them an arm and a leg.
I have seen many precontest guys but not many for the average guy
who is wanting to bulk up lose bf ect........ I will try to help out as
much as I can and pick up as many pointers along the way as I believe
you are never to big to learn. PEACE
