Odd Cramps
lately i have been getting wierd cramps in my abs and calfs, mainly during workouts. any remedies?

um your prob just getting a good workout. but you can try with bananas they have potassium and also try pickle juice

I was gonna suggest the same thing. Sounds like your low on potassium. Like the user above said, bananas usually do the trick.

also drink more water. It may be you are a little dehydrated.
