First cycle advice pleaseeee

stats:

26 years old
195 pounds
5'11
Roughly 13% body fat


Cyp (500mg) either once a week or split 250 (Monday/Thurs) --Weeks 1-10

**Is leveling the blood levels with 2 injections the much preferred method with the long esters?

VAR (60-80 mg) ED -- weeks 6-10?

**Could use some advice on how to run the VAR...toward end of cycle? how many weeks? and should i Go up to 80 or stay at 60? Also should i end Test and VARat same time or Run VAR to PCT?

**Ive read a few forums saying that starting HCG at the beginning of the Cyp cycle is the best thing to do. Im not worried about cost...Could I have some HCG thoughts please

Should I Get Adex instead? or will this suffice??

You need an AI DURING cycle NOT during PCT.
Clomid doses are too high. 75mg to start should suffice
Add tamoxifen to PCT
First time using var, if it's REAL var (a lot of it is counterfeit), run 60mg this time.
Some like var at beginning, other prefer the end. If you are trying to drop bf or add lean muscle, nutrition is the greater variable.
Split the test into two doses per week.

also as far as AI's go...do I need something like arimidex with this cycle? if so how would you suggest running

Yes you need an AI. Dose and frequency will depend on which AI you decide you use.

Sorry I missed the 10 weeks. With the longer ester, 12 weeks is the norm. 10 is cutting it a little short.

Adex (arimidex/anastrozole) is taken every other day because it has nearly a 50hr half life.

the daily Var dosage is much to high IMO... id reduce it to around 40 mg per day and increase the time you take it... it will be more beneficial to run 40 mg a day for 10 weeks than 80 mg for five... much more beneficial... and ultimately easier on your system providing you are taking the proper liver protection sups.

REmember... the body can only change so much over a short period of time, no matter how much chems you put in to it..... that said, give your body time to make changes... achieve balance between an effective dosage and the time needed to achieve the desired body changes
