Blood work after cycle is this everything I need to check

so I finished my first cycle of Test E I was very happy with the results and I cant wait for my next run.
I finished my pct about a month and a half ago i feel great and kept most of my gains now time for blood work to see if i fully recovered, i went to my doctor for blood work and this is what he gave me
i just want to make sure I'm not missing anything I dont see testosterone or estrogen on it but I dont know what im looking at
