All my life I've wanted my abs to come out and get that shredded look. I've been on many diets and fat burners during my time, very honoustly I've never beeb leaner then %14 BF.
Here's my Stats:
28 Years OLD training for 10 years.
5'9", 194 Pounds @ roughly %14 BF.
17" Arms and 32" Waist.
Here's what I'm on: (Currently @ week 6)
Week 1 to 10
Prop @ 100mg EOD
Week 1 to 7
Sus @ 250mg / Week
Week 3 to 6 and then 9 to 12
Tren @ 100mg EOD
Week 9 to 12
EQ @ 400mg / Week
Winnie tabs @ 75mg ED
Here's my diet:
-Breakfast:
6 Egg white omelette with 1 yoke and tomatoes.
1 English Muffin
2 Slices of Mozarella Cheese (Low Fat)
1 Small Glass of OJ
-Shake
-Lunch:
150 Grams of Rice
100 Grams of Brocoli & Carrots
150 Grams of Chicken or a can of Tuna
-Shake
-Supper:
150 Grams of Rice
100 Grams of Brocoli & Carrots
150 Grams of Chicken or a can of Tuna
-Shake
-6 Egg Whites
1 English Muffin
2 Slices of Mozarella Cheese (Low Fat)
1 Small Glass of OJ
I train 5 Times a week with good intensity, not much rest and do cardio 4 times a week 45 minutes every time (15 Minutes running @ high intenisty + 30 Min Stair Master)...I try to do my cardio in the morning as much as I can on an empty stomack...Seems the results are very slow coming, I seem to be able to put on mass so much easier then to get shredded!
Any advice would be appreciated,
