Very active job while bulking, help?
So, i'm 19 years old, and i've been working at a restaurant for a bout 2 months now(Running 5-8 hours a day), Not literally but fast walking like a mofo), i was cutting prior to the job and about 2 weeks in, i discontinued cutting because i lost more weight then expected and strength went down a bit, overall i felt like $hit, 2 months in i'm now bulking at at the minimum 3,500 calories, usually try to get about 3,700+ a day. Also i'm doing 6 weeks of RPN havoc (Not my first cycle), i've gained a good 6 pounds within 2 weeks, but i just feel like the over active cardio is doing me no good, not sure if i should just up my calories, also i'm going HOURS without eating which scares me i feel like everytime i'm hungry, my body is just sucking up my muscle for food. I'm just curious how many calories i should add to my diet.

So your suicidal thoughts during pct last time weren't enough, you thought you'd try again? You know you shouldn't be cycling at your age but you do it anyway no matter what the problems of your previous cycle and the risk you take in causing yourself permanent damage.
You gained 6lbs in 2 weeks, how much do you want to gain? Add calories until you are happy with your gain. When you realise that several pounds a week adds more of water and fat than it does of muscle.
Seriously you should stop your cycle and learn the basics of some dieting, IMHO.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Ah so you remember me, well let me get one thing straight first off, when i had those thoughts and so on that was after my TP cycle, this is my second RPN havoc cycle, the first one i had no side effect issues whatsoever, So i "Believe" it wont be no different, not saying it couldn't be horrible but that's just what i believe. Now about dieting, Wake up, protein shake, protein, peanut butter, banana, Other fruit, depending, Oatmeal, (don't care to eat by itself often), eggs, ect... Normal homecooked meals. Calorie counted meals, PW - Chicken tenders, rice, sub oatmeal sometimes, ofcourse my protein powder. I know some of you say don't take protein powder, sub with "Real protein" But that's Bs, i take it because it works good and it's easy, do i over do it? no but i take my protein powder 2 times day, it's not bad, and it works for "Me". I'm not going to type out every aspect of my daily meals because honestly i don't eat the same exact $hit at the same time everyday, nor does anybody else, that's just stupid, but i can tell you i'm strict about my meals, and i eat home cooked meals most of the time, i stay away from processed $hit, well except those creamy pasta shells, you can't go wrong with those. " Add calories until you are happy with your gain" Ok, also i don't see the "fat" I know a'lot of it is water weight. I couldn't gain fat if i wanted too. i'm just concerned about the 5-8 hours of cardio, what would you do if you where in my shoes, would you eat a $hit load of food and leave it at that, or would you add on your daily calories.

Use paragraphs, this hurts my tiny brain.
If I were in your shoes I would stop cycling these compounds and stick to creatine and protein powder. If you know your TDEE and you take the time to research how to calculate your calories burned at work and in the gym then you would know exactly how much to eat and if you were eating enough.
Since you are unsure of how much you need to eat then you can't possibly know how much to eat. You need to search TDEE on these forums and figure that out first.

Quite often, i'll scan a thread before making a comment. So I read some of BIB's comments, and then stopped. Then I read where you were 19.
Sometimes, I think people start threads not because they want an answer to a question, but sympathy?
I'm not sure what you want. All the info is already laid out.

I work a strenuous job. A lot more than walking around and I don't consider it cardio. Take your meals and eat them.

I know that i need 3,300 calories to maintain were i'm at, that's why i've been eating around 3,500-3,700. But i don't know how many calories i burn at work, and i'm not sure how to find out.

You're only adding 200-300 calories beyond your TDEE? Many will add at least 500-800 depending on goals current bf etc.
Agree with other comments though. Based on your Hx and prior threads, I'd stick with bettering the nutrition plan and leave the other stuff alone for a while.

There are very precise formulas to calculate energy expenditure but I find myfitnesspal is fairly close and much easier to use.

I turned 19 a month ago, how did i make "So many" bad decisions at 19. Also if you're referring to the past i made "3" what you guys would call bad decisions, which did not effect me so i would not consider bad decisions. Honestly 7 months after doing my first steroid cycle, i've never felt better to this day, everything's better sense then, both my parents and some other family members said i was making gains faster and more filled out (Not in those words) then when i was on a cycle, which i thought was bs, but they were seeing something. Not to mention i've had nothing but great libedo all the time, no issues whatsoever. I know you guys say their can be "Future problems" Doesn't mean their will be, and not saying their wont. You have no right to tell me i've made bad decisions, maybe not the best decisions i could have made but not bad, i could come back on here 5+ years from now and be better then ever or i could be worse then ever, you can't see the future so don't call it a bad decision, maybe you got screwed up using steroids , doesn't mean everyone does.

I stand corrected. You have made several bad decisions before turning 19.
Nope, I was one of the smart ones and listened to others and didnt use any aas in my teens, 20s or even 30s although I was tempted and had access.
Yup only the future will tell and from what I have seen in the past from a lot of kids your age there is a GOOD chance you will have issues although you may not ever put 2+2 together to associate them or admit it.
Bottom line you have learned nothing from the past and dont want to listen to anyone who tells you anything you dont want to hear like a typical kid.
