First Cycle Advice please
My stats
Age 23
171lbs
5'8
12-14% bodyfat
2.5 years of training
Lifts numbers
deadlift 415
squat 335
bench 275
Gotten Bloodwork
My current diet for bulking 3500 calories
Thinking of doing my first cycle with dbol (40mg/day)4 weeks and Test e (500mg/3.5 day)10weeks
I have AI and taking .25mg every other day
I have nolvadex and Clomid for PCT
Also a Liver support supplement everyday
Any advice will be appreciated or anything that I have missed. Still doing research and not starting this cycle anytime soon. But would like some advice and tips.

and you are considering a cycle because after 2.5 years you cannot make any more progress?

Although its my opinion that your body is a little too young for AAS's, you're proposed first cycle looks good except I would stick to test e only for the first cycle. No need to add the dbol .

I'm glad to see that you found this site. I went at this totally blind. I had no idea about diet, length of cycle, amount of Test E etc, etc. I would recommend a book that you can download from Amazon, "Testosterone : A mans guide by Nelson Vergel". It totally opened my eyes to a lot that I had no idea about regarding AAS. Although 3500 calories sounds good for what you are trying to achieve, make sure that you have your TDEE dialed in correctly.

Plus one st a time then adding one st a time really allows you to experience the effects and results of each then years later know your best cocktail. Again very mature reply. That alone will get you info that the majority will only ponder.

2.5 years of lifting? Are you still making gains? Seems like you have a few more years of natural gains left before juicing.
