PCT/cycle advice PLEASE BROTHERS.

FIRST CYCLE:

STATS:
80kgs
14%
5'10.5

CYCLE:
1-12 test e - 500mg (2 x week)
6-12 VAR - ??? (Opinions?)
HCG (Towards the end or throughout my cycle?)

So ive been browsing the threads speaking to alot of people in regards to what to take and how to incorporate my cycle with myself and there is so many approaches its getting overwhelming.

what is the best or personal opinions of anyone with advice in regards too incorporating the ANAVAR?
some say towards the end, etc?
also with PCT and LIVER protection can someone suggest the best PCT and Liver protection for this cycle?

i have HCG on hand aswell and am getting confused with to or not incorporate it througout my cycle or two weeks after i finish??

also any thoughts on AI?

Stick with just test (and an AI) to see how your body reacts. Clomid/nolva for PCT. Hopefully someone with a lot more knowledge/experience than me can chime in.
