How can I maximize my gains on this cycle?
I'm in college and have a meal plan so I've got access to a buffet 3 meals a day on week days and twice a week on weekends. The buffet always has a salad bar, soups, pizza, pasta, burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, french fries and a deli with wraps subs etc. Meal Items change daily. I have about 45 servings of whey protein (24g) left and take a multivitamin. Could you help with a good diet?
What would be a good workout split, I'm thinking
Monday:
Chest/Tris
Tuesday:
Shoulders/Legs/Traps
Wednesday:
Back/Biceps
Then repeat.
Any suggestions on my workout? If any of you have a plan that'd be beneficial to me I'd appreciate it.
