    First Cyle Advice/Tweaking!

    Hi everybody, I'm running my first cycle of AAS however I have ran two prohormone cycles in the past (an Epistane Clone and Super DMZ)

    I'm 22 been training for about 4 years off and on and have just got back in the gym. I am 5'10 and about 175 pounds at around 20% bf. I'm going to be running an 8 week cycle of Super Test 400 (300mg test e, 100 mg test p) 1/2 cc sunday 1/2 cc wednesday.

    How can I maximize my gains on this cycle?
    I'm in college and have a meal plan so I've got access to a buffet 3 meals a day on week days and twice a week on weekends. The buffet always has a salad bar, soups, pizza, pasta, burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, french fries and a deli with wraps subs etc. Meal Items change daily. I have about 45 servings of whey protein (24g) left and take a multivitamin. Could you help with a good diet?

    What would be a good workout split, I'm thinking
    Monday:
    Chest/Tris
    Tuesday:
    Shoulders/Legs/Traps
    Wednesday:
    Back/Biceps
    Then repeat.

    Any suggestions on my workout? If any of you have a plan that'd be beneficial to me I'd appreciate it.

    Will leave you to the other vets for more detail.

    You are too young
    You are too light so you need to check your diet also your Bf% needs to be at least 5% lower.

    No structure
    No knowledge about cycle
    No mention of pct
    No mention of an Ai or Hcg
    Just got back into the gym
    8 week cycle with a long ester
    And so on and so on!!

    I will say that whilejayman may come across a little blunt, I do agree with him saying you are too young. 175lbs probably wouldn't be a terrible weight if you didn't have so much BF either, you need to lower that first also. I stopped reading after that.
