first injectable cycle - help!

A bit about me.
Age 29
Weight 14 stone
Lifting experience 6 years (not trained for 2 years due to waiting for a hip operation)

Im planning my first injectable cycle, this is what I've got so far:

Week 1 - 10 test e 300mg p/w
Week 1 - 10 0.5mg adex (existing puberty gyno)
Week 1 - 4 dbol 30mg ed
Week 7 - 10 sd clone 20mg ed (to lean out)

Pct nolva and clomid.

My aim is mass and strength!

I've also go a full bottle of 6-bromo but i don't know where to put it in the cycle?

Any help would be greatful, thank you in advance.

When are you planning on doing this cycle? If I had been out of the gym for two years then there's no way I'd run a cycle until I've been back at it for a good long while.

It is not wise to run multiple compounds in a first cycle.

I'll be running this cycle in December.
While I've been on crutches I've still been training but just light dumbbell work.

I've ran a dbol only cycle and sd only cycle in the past.

12 weeks would be better and 400 to 500 mgs a week of tes would serve you better as well. Looks like you have plenty if time to prime before your cycle and if you just aren't ready, reschedule.

Oh I'm ready! I just need to build the strength up in my leg before a start my cycle so i can lift heavy and get the full potential of the cycle.

What do you think about the dbol and sd?

First cycle. Test ONLY! You need to know how your body handles exogenous hormones. You won't know what's causing your sides or how to control them using multiple compounds in your first cycle.

I was dead set on test e only cycle but after reading loads of forums i changed my mind lol

So how's this?

Week 1-10 test e 300mg pinned twice a week.
Week 1-10 adex 0.25mg ed

Clomid and nolva pct.

Should i just leave out my sd clone and 6-bromo?

Be careful what you learn from the internet about AAS. Most of it is outdated or bro science.

Yes, Test only. Run it 12 weeks. Adex .25 EOD is a good start. Not ED. You may need to up that to .50 EOD into your cycle. 600mg test is a healthy dose for first time. Blood work mid cycle will tell you if your Adex dosing is on point. For me, Adex doesn't work well. I get bad rebound at cycle end. You also need to run Hcg 250iu twice a week. Mix it with your test to pin IM.
