The answer is of course, all of them.
You need at least 5-6 times a day. I would start out with a good dose of Eggroids, oatmealroids, 7grain breadroids, followed by another 4 meals of good protienroids, riceroids etc.
If you cant gain weight by a good diet/food then you wont gain weight with using aas. Sorry but those are the facts and if you start using aas now you are going to have a lot more serious issues to worry about sooner than later and any little bit of size/muscle you do gain you will loose just as quickly.
It's best you forget this path and get into our nutrition section and start focusing on educating yourself on what to eat and when to eat it. You will be far ahead of the game this with without any of the negative side effects so later one when you are ready to run a cycle you will know what to do and how to do it and have the benefits of enjoying true gains.
