First crack at Tren

Hey Guys... I was planning on using Tren for the first time in my next cycle... It will be my 3rd cycle...
Stats are : 30yo 6'3" 115kg (255lbs) around 15%bf
Not starting cycle for 3 months so will have plenty of time to get bf a bit lower...
Previous cycles were...

1st - 500mg Test e p/week 12 weeks
LDex as AI run up to PCT eod started at 0.25 and bumped up to 0.4 after mid cycle bloodwork.
HCG 500ius p/week up to PCT...
PCT week 14 standard Clomi / Nolva at 70/50/50/50 40/20/20/20
Bloodwork done Pre / Mid / Post

2nd - 600mg Test e p/week 12 weeks
30mg DBol ed first 4 weeks
Ldex as AI run up to PCT at 0.35 eod
HCG up to PCT
Standard PCT same as before at week 14.
Bloodwork done Mid / Post

Proposed cycle - Tren ace / Test prop 8 weeks.
Tren ace at 75mg eod and test prop at 50mg eod
PCT 3 days after last pin Standard as above.

I would like some opinions on the following...
Running Prami as DA at 0.5mg first few days then at 1mg up to PCT and NOT using an AI. Reason being the low dose of test and that Tren doesn't aromatise so no need.
OR
Running LDex throughout as I have done before and keeping Prami on hand. Reason being controlling E2 levels means you will have no prolactin sides so no need for Prami.

Any comments are welcome...

Good idea having prami on hand since Tren can still cause progesterone induced gyno. I dont think I would run it unless I felt I needed it, started developing lumps. A little sensitivity is normal but pain and lumps isnt.

I would keep it the same as you have done it in the past since it worked before running Ldex. If it's not broken done fix it.

Are you planning on doing mid cycle blood work again? Always a good idea especially when using a new compound like tren.

I would run 10 - 12 weeks. Tren Ace would be ED because of the ester (so you could split that 75 in half). The goal is to keep blood levels as stable as possible to minimize the sides. Some people can get by without an AI. You should know yourself better than anyone. Low dose of Test, your probably better off with running the Prami. But even some TRT patients use an AI.

Any reason for extending it to 10 - 12 weeks?
Won't I have got my money's worth out of it by 8 weeks?
My previous cycles with Enenthate were for 12 weeks, so with faster acting shorter esters shouldn't 8 weeks be plenty...?

I would personally start Tren at 50mg/EOD. I hate Tren to be honest. At 50mg/EOD everything is great but once I feel fine I start bumping it up. Anything above that and I'm just so unhappy and fight with my wife nonstop. Both times I've run it I've almost gotten divorced over it. No joke. I don't get the other sides like night sweats too bad or Trensomnia I just turn into an askhole....

I think all of the advice here was golden. You may also want to start shopping for a nice sleep aid....I sleep like absolute crap on tren

I'm taking Valerian extract 2g tablets now before I go to sleep and they seem to be helping... I have had trouble getting to sleep for a while. I have read that Prami causes drowsiness / deep sleep. Any opinions on the Prami only VS LDex with Prami on hand from my first post...?

If it were me I'd run test e at 500mg for like 5 to 6 weeks then drop it down to like 150 mg a week and then throw in the tren run it till 12 weeks the tren then will leave your System before the test the do pct I'd also use an ai and u could also take the prami at night before bed I'm not into short cycling

Seems decent


I just don't see really why everyone recommends the super low doses. But, that's just me - I hit 100mg EOD on my first run & felt nothing.

Personally the best way to hit the sauce in my opinion is ramp it. Start @ 50mg EOD, see how it goes. Then move up if you feel it's a good idea.


It's still how I treat every cycle, start slow & ramp it up. Then I tapper back down in the same manner.


From what I have seen & heard, some guys can't take certain gear like other guys can. So, everything just varies along with the true quality of the gear you are using.


I run caber starting day 1 when using Tren. I don't see any down side, aside from not being able to nut for a min of 30 minutes. But, most of the time it's kind of a plus. . . . lol
