Test e 300

Hello.
I've been getting a lot of mixed reviews about using an AI (adex) throughout my cycle.
Keep in mind this is my first injectable cycle!!!

My cycle is:
Test e 300 pinned once a week for 10 weeks.
Kick starting with SD clone (methestdrol) for the first 4 weeks until the test kicks in.

Pct nolva 40-40-20-20.

Will i need to run adex all the way through my cycle even though the test dose is so low???
Or just keep nolva to hand incase of gyno symptoms?

300mg is not that low...

100mg per week would not require AI for most but 300will be need for most.

And if you do it once a week youll have a bigger spike.

I would advise 150mg twice a week with .25mg arimidex the next day of the injection.
It should be enough.

Im not a fan of PH so I would rather see you use Dbol or tbol...

Thanks for your opinion qscgugcsq. So pin twice a week 150 and 150 and .25 adex the day after pinning?
The only reason I've chosen SD clone over dbol is because I've used it before with great gains and no sides.

Either you read them and ignored them or you cannot differentiate between good advice and bad advice. The reason I am saying that is because those three articles would tell you a few things that you currently are not planning to do.

Reading those would tell you that you need an AI from the start of your cycle all the way to just before PCT starts. If you do not use one serious consequences could occur. Those articles would also tell you that you should use HCG with that cycle and it would explain how much and why. Thirdly, those articles would also tell you that your PCT is incomplete.

Calm down, using 500mg for a first cycle is only optional at best...
When I started TRT at 200mg a wek Ive gained 7solid pounds in 3 months... Thats not cycle gain I agree but 300mg can yield good result.

And its not a bad thing to consider using less to dont have to use other drugs...
He just didnt realize that 300mg is still a high dose compared to what we produce naturally and thats why he asked.
About HCG and clomid I agree he should add them to his cycle.

And lets be honest, I understand to add compound gradually to know there effect. But adding an oral first 4 weeks wont affect that principle.
Will yield more gain and more experience faster.

Now, OP.
He is rightand you should be considering HCG and clomid.

Clomid and nolvadex have a synergist effect which will increase your chance to recover well and fast.

And HCG is a cheap and easy addition to the cycle to facilitate your recovery.
If you have read the post ranger has posted. You should know the importante basic of these product and use them.

About SD clone...
PH can be really dangerous compared to any other orals anabolics.
The less toxique PH is at best equally toxic at the worst AAS.

Youve used it, liked it. But have you gotten any BW done to see if you truly hasnt had sife effect...
The most dangerous side are those that we dont see...

I cant advise PH due to my limited knowledge on them.
But dbol/tbol/anavar even anadrol IMO would be a better choice(I dont recommend you anadrol XD).

Yo calm down people - i only asked for advice :-)

I probably can't differentiate between good and bad advice because there is so much info on the web! I've read multiple studies and scientific research about all different compounds, BUT these vary from study to study.

I appreciate everyone's input!

I'm 29 (30 in October)
14.5 stone in weight
5ft 9inchs tall
2 previous cycles, dbol only cycle and SD clone cycle.
I've been training for 6 years.
My goals are mass and strength as i would like to take part in amateur strong men competitions in a few years from now.
