First time hcg user here.

His will be my first time running HCG during my cycle.

cycle set up....

12 weeks. 500mg test cypionate . Pin 250mg twice a week (every 3rd day)

4 weeks Anadrol at 50/100/100/50

15 weeks HCG at 250 IUs every 3rd day. Pinned same day as test. Take up until 3 days prior to PCT.

12 weeks Arimidex at .25 every other day. Bump to every day if sides appear.


PCT starting 3 weeks after last shot of test.

4 weeks clomid at 100/50/50/50

5 weeks nolva at 40/40/20/20/20

This will be my second cycle. I'm 29, 208 at about 10%bf. Training solid for the last 7 years but on and off prior to that.

My question is the lab I'm getting it from comes in 10,000iu unmixed. I'll have to pick up some bacwater to mix with. Not sure how much to mix to make it right. Don't want to dilute my hcg. I'm wanting to run 250iu every third day.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would do it to make dosing easiest and do 10cc.

That way it's .25cc every shot.

Btw hcg starts to lose potency after 30 days. So when ur gettin to the second half of ur cycle it won't be as effectively dosed.

Your mixing for reconstitution is correct. The paperwork insert that comes with Pregnyl states that the reconstituted HCG is stable for 60 days if kept refrigerated. But it just doesn't "go bad" at the end of 60 days. It just starts to lose potency.

I would like to add that it loses potency very slowly and gradually. Even if you mix it all at once, as long as you use it all in 2014 I wouldn't be concerned about potency.

I would take hcg day before test injection. That works best for me. You are probably loading it with test injection I'm thinking.
