So pumped, did my first infection of test-e and HCG last thursday....letme tell ya my right glute was sore for a day boy lol..had leg day too after first pin i muscled my way threw it, was a bitch but eh no pain no gain.. ne ways im pinning with 23g x 1in right now, feels pretty good, no problem....when i pin would you guys suggest keeping the needle in 10-15seconds after injection?.....
also i know this is a beginner question,

but your next cycle should be after same time on cycle + pct right?
so say i do 12 week cycle january 1st + 2 wks PCT bring me to april 14 lets say....and next cycle souldnt be until august 1st?

Why would you do a 2 week pct.?

Pct is standard 4 weeks. Time on + pct= time off. I dont know how to explain it any better
ive never kept my needles in over 5-8seconds

ok ya sorry bout that typo....2weeks after last injection + PCT 4weeks....yaya got ya so basically 12 wks +6wks...so complete cycle is 18wks on 18 wks off right?
so a good 5 seconds is fine....dont gotta go over board with 15.....

does a nice massage on injection spot really help the test more or is it just a comfort thing

not tryna be a pain here, but if bloodwork shows everything is back to normal, would it be okay then?

Dear Justin1988. Just listen to the more experienced members like Cuz, they are trying to help you(and they answer this all the time), and maybe it is a smart to finish your 1. cycle before thinking about the next one? just my .02. It is better to be safe than sorry. Nothing against you of course.

Do you have a pre cycle blood work already? If not then how can you ever know if you are actually back to normal?

Are you going to do a mid cycle blood work so you know where you are at such as Free T, E2, FSH etc?

You should wait at least 4-6 weeks after PCT to do your post cycle blood work.

yes i got my ppre BW and gonnabe doing mid and post aswell,....and flatus im not saying i will do it ....i just want to soak up asmuch knowledge as possible so in any future event that may come and present itself then ill know what to do

hey cuz pretty much basically im doing everything that austinite describes to do as a first cycle, wanted to do it right i guess this is the way.....but im really just curious on cycle on off repeat and different ways

Love your enthusiasm! But, ... take your time. Let's get through your first cycle and PCT. AAS's can play tricks on your mind, "stay on this cycle longer ... I don't need to wait this long to start another cycle." And, oh yes, 2 weeks PCT? Try 4. Let your HPTA stabilize. You mess up your HPTA and you're in for a life long haul.

Personally. One cycle a year is good. If your not a pro and it's just about looking good, once a year fills you out and keeps you strong. Time it to look good during the summer when the tank tops and shorts come out.

Or 2 cycles a year winter bulk and summer cut.

If this isn't enough for the non pro then your diet and workout regimen need help
