Are workouts more painful during cycles?
I noticed that I feel incredible pain during workouts after I started my first cycle. In other words, when I work my muscles to fatigue, the pain is crazy, something I did not feel before. My blood is thick and my red blood cells count is higher, this could be the reason. Anyone else experience this?

Aspirin will thin the blood some but if your RBC and hematocrit are high you'd be better off donating blood on a regular basis. Do you have bw showing you have high numbers?

My Hematocrit is currently 56% and I have an appointment on Monday to do therapeutic blood withdraw. I dont qualify for blood donation because RBC are too high. Doctor has ordered that hemotocrit be brought down to 45% in several sessions.
