5-7% is not a realistic sustainable goal unless you are going to be stepping on stage soon and need super low body fat. 8-10% is more realistic but not easy to maintain.

5% to 7% is like in the dehydration/diuretic zone for me. You young guys can probably do it with just cardio and diet.
