Administering albuterol and keto

Hi all,
I'm just about to begin an albuterol and keto cycle. Have all my dosages worked out (huge thanks to this forum).

As for actually administering the chemicals, can I mix in water or should I take directly? If I was to mix in water am I safe to leave for a few hours mixed before consuming? I want to take a dose at work but would prefer not carrying little vials around with me.

Yeah you can mix it with water. Just give it a little shake before you drink it but they should blend well anyway.

Mixing with water is called suspension. I used to mix oral powders in corn syrup because it kept it suspended and added a little sweetness to the taste.
