Cramping like a mofo, every morning.
Hey guys. Every morning leg cramps wake me up with agonizing pain. What do you guys suggest i take for this? It has to be because of my diet but dont want to change it much or add any more carbs to it because its working very well.
What can i take? If its food then plz make it no carbs. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried stretching before bed?
whats your water intake like?

3g to 5g taurine does the trick for my cramps.

2-4g taurine ed and a banana or two if you can.

Im currently taking 250 test a week, fish oils, flax, multi vit, vit d3 cause its low, and whey. Thats bout it.
