I'll respond the same way to this as I did the last CL thread I saw on here. Nothing that goes in my body will come from CL, ever.

I read in CL one time where a bloke was soliciting for a porn actress. He needed her to do a movie with him??????????

Law enforcement use Craigslist to run reverse stings all the time.

I'm going to call scam. I dont think its cops since that would be pretty easily won in court as entrapment.

Entrapment entails more than police making an opportunity for crime to occur. So just posting an ad, and having someone respond and then arresting them is usually not entrapment. And if the police could show the person in question had a predisposition to the particular type of illegal behaviour (such as posting repeatedly on a public steroids board about how to obtain illegal substances) that makes it more difficult to claim entrapment as well.

Any sort of public advertisement of illegal activity or substance should just send out a red flag.
Hey, would you like to buy some drugs? I got all kinds of shit - Come on. . . Sad enough to say, there is most likely someone dumb enough to try to take them up on their offer.
