little tiny red dots in my syringe

hey guys so i witnessed the weirdest shit, I aspirated before injecting and only saw bubbles and so i injected. After finishing injection i looked at my syringe and saw 5-6 little tiny red dots. I'm wondering what it is ?

    i injected test prop.

    injected in glutes

Yup, a little backflow into the syringe. Happens sometimes. No problem...

Backflow into syringe, normally due to movement pushing in, and maybe clipping a vein IMO, painless.
