Need help and advice on my cycle
Hi guys,
So I've cycled test C in the past along with eq and started to get good results. Due to a bad diet and party habits I stopped and enjoyed going out and drinking for a while.
Now, I'm ready to give this new cycle a 100% and In need of advice
I Plan on doing the same stack test c and eq and adding dianabol for the first 6 weeks. I plan on 500mg of test weekly and 400mg of eq weekly. I'm also doing 25mg of dianabol orally everyday. Is this a good stack for a second timer? Also as far as serm, what should I take, when and how long? I appreciate any help give, thanks

This sounds good. I dont really use much EQ since the few times i have tried it, it didnt do much for me. Maybe throw something else in that mix. What is really going to give you great results with this though is a good diet to fit the results you are after. This is going to be the difference between you being satisfied or be extremely disappointed from the results this cycle will give you. If diet is good though, this cycle should give great gains.

Dude I don't usually respond to this type of trend due to you may or may not be ready to cycle. If you stopped before to party and you are even thinking about still partying You're not ready. Not knocking partying hell I love to

Oops damn send button. Anyways back to you dude first you need to eat and then eat snd then eat some more. Sure steroids will help you but to even begin to get the benefits you should want You need eat. Learn to eat and work out better to build up your base or all you are going to get is going to be problems. Really when people say diet is the secret they are really talking straight. All the juice without the rest if the program and you'll wind up a puffy little party guy.

At 164 you need to get to the gym and gain some base muscle first.
