Anavar Dosing - Most Effective?

I'm taking 70mg ED (have a 500mg test e base)

They are 10 mg pills, so 7 a day. Currently I am taking 4 in the morning, then 3 about 8 hours later.

Would there be a more effective way to do it? I know the half life is 8 hours.

Would it be better to take 2 at a time every 4 hours or so throughout the day? Should the saturation of anavar in my body still be high when I am sleeping? Or is what I am doing as good as it gets?

I take all my anavar in one shot for convenience sake. I've never noticed a difference to splitting my dosage.

Doesn't daily pinning start to cause some real soreness. I have been pinning 50Ml using a 25 X 1 (quad and glutes) and I am really sore. Getting tired of it

var is a small part of what I do. I don't like to over analyze on this issue, so just once daily for me.

the daily average still remains unchanged, and although I hear the "stable blood serum level" argument, I'm not convinced that provides any additional benefit for gains as opposed to "average daily level" position

I just split my oral doses and take half before lifting and the other half at some other point in the day (separated by as much time as possible).
