    Using same needle twice

I am about 5 pins short for my cycle, so i thought instead of pinning 1cc ED i'd pin 2cc EOD drawing twice with the same needle. I only got 1cc syringes.

We are talking about within 30 seconds of each other. Is there a problem with this other than slightly blunted needle on the second pin?

I would personally be fine with doing that.

Is it really that hard to get pins though? You can buy them on amazon

Go to the closest pharmacy and buy some, wth...

5 pin short it will be 5$ max...

It may be ok if its right after, but why take the risk for that price...

    I know I would not.

Dont live in the states or wherever you are talking about. Pins and syringes are not sold in pharmacies here. I could order online a box of 100 minimum but i dont cycle that often so i'd have 95 of them just laying around

Do you have needle exchange in your city?

If so you get pack of 10 barrels and 20 pins

No needles are only prescribed. Need an Rx to buy them at the pharmacy. There is no needle exchange.

Why would i need 20 pins? I have pinned with the same needle i withdraw with and never had a problem

No need to swap pins while switching injection sites IMO

    Edit

You're drawing with the same needle? Ampule or vial?

you'd be penetrating 4 times with the same pin.

You'd be ok, but the second injection will likely be pretty uncomfortable, the needle will probably be dulled

I have used the same one... Think of the times you hit a vein and had to reinject. Just gonna dull the needle each time you penetrate. As long as you practice safe sanitary practices you'll be fine.

I never said you would need 20!!

The packs are in 20's and free i just thought it was better than 100 since you only need 5.

Using the same needle twice you will be im much greater danger of developing an infection.

I would only start a cycle after i have all the vials, syringes, needles and pct meds ready.

^^ Exactly, You can't take chances on these sorts of things.

You would most likely not have any issues but for the cost of $5-$20 its better to be safe than sorry.

It'll work. It's just more comfortable with sharp needles.

    Higher risk of infection,
and it'd of course hurt more due to less 'lube' on the needle, cant remember right term, but more times you use it , wear and tear occurs, and it hurts more..
every country i know of is mandatory to have needle exchanges.

Especially when you have built up scar tissue. Even with a new sharp needle sometimes it can be a little hard and crunchy trying to push though certain areas. With a used needle I might have to lean into the wall to push it through.
