Did you have to Donate. ..
I am asking if you had to donate blood while u was on cycle ? Any cycle or your first(just test)
When I say have to, meaning your hemocrait (sp) is above normal range.
Or is this based on the person ?

Based on blood work .

I cycled quite a few times before I felt the need to donate or had hematocrit levels high enough to warrant it. Granted the first few cycles were fairly mild. Once I started getting into more intense cycles then I realized donating should be done periodically. I also didn't know about the other health benefits of donating back then either.

Thanks. I kinda figured it would be. I guess I was wondering can u do a test only cycle and not have to give blood? I just have read a lot lately with people having to. ... that is test with Hcg and an AI.
Thanks

Well as long as you keep an eye on your bloodwork every few weeks and do not show symptoms of high hct between tests I wouldn't worry about it. It is not a must but there are good benefits to be had from donating and it really isn't difficult to do.

It doesn't matter what your taking just test or staking test is going to raise your rbc and it's a good idea for it to be part of your cycle just like your ai hcg your pct it's something you should be doing

Ok. During which week should I check into this?
Can I just go to a blood drive place?
After cycle when everything get back to normal. Will the rbc also drop back down? Gussing they will.

Just make sure your mid-cycle bloodwork tests for hct and your post-cycle bloodwork does too, I usually do mine about 2 months after PCT.

Go to a donation center I'd go sometime towards the end of your cycle week 8 to 10 Now I could be wrong but I was under the Impression your rbc could stay elevated up to 6 months or more after cycle if u don't take steps to lower it just a good habit to get into specially if you continue to cycle

If you go to donate blood you can only donate every 56 days. If you donate double red blood cells you can only donate every 16 weeks. You should try to schedule a donation mid cycle and then again the appropriate time later.
Also if you answer the question about drug use with a "yes" you will not be allowed to give blood. And if you rbc or hematocrit numbers are too high you will not be allowed to donate.

Give blood regularly. Wether you think you need to or not. The blood will be used to save lives and each donation can help as many as 3 people in need.
Give often!
