Keeping up the calories
Hi everyone .... I'm struggling to keep
The whole eating thing up all the time
... Eating 6 times a day 7 days a week
Is becoming a struggle ... I've decided
At weekends to limit it to 3 or 4 ...
Does this really matter or does anyone
Else have the same problem ???

If you end out being in a deficit on the weekends, you're wasting the surplus you were in the rest of the week. The weekend isn't a magical time where the basics of building muscle don't apply.

You don't have to eat 6 times a day... Eat whenever convenient. As long as you meet your caloric and macro needs, s'all good
