29 Year old male- Test and Anavar ?s

Good evening guys, I want to start off by saying thank you all for the input you guys all provide on here. I know a lot of questions people ask, you all have answered many times.

Im a 29 yr old male, 6ft 230. I have gained about 30 lbs in the past 5 years from bad dieting and not working out like I used too. I used to work out everyday for about 4-5 hours. Anyways I know where my body should be at and I know what I need to do to get there. Lately it has been a lot harder for me to lose weight like I used to. I took dbol when i was 18 and had some bad side effects (gyno). I got glands removed and haven't touched the stuff since. I have been slowly getting back in shape and hitting cardio and weights again for the past few months.

I came across some TEST E 250mg/ Equipoise 250 and some anavar. I also have plenty of nolvadex and clomid on hand. Anyways, I am a little skeptical of doing the test due to the bad sides I had when I took DBOL only cycle when I was young and dumb and didn't even know what a PCT was.

I have heard good things about ANAVAR and I have done PLENTY of research regarding doing an anavar cycle only and everyone says at least run a light dose of TEST with it. Do you all think I should run anavar only? I was going to do 50mg a day for 6 weeks, to get a nice jump start and start getting back to where I was. I don't have enough Equipoise to do 12-16 weeks, I only have 1 bottle.. i have 2 bottles of test E (pharmatech, geneza) and the anavar is pharmatech (reddish, chalky, square, G on one side and 10 on the other)...

I am just looking for some opinions from people who know a little more about this than myself. Thank you in advance.

You don't much AAs, if any to drop some decent Bf before you start




Var is cool and all, but it will not do what you think it will

I have done a decent amount of research, my main concern is what to exactly run with the gear I have on hand, to get the best results. like I mentioned a little nervous about sides with the test.

I know it's not what you wanna hear - but it will be a waste


If you run anything, just run a medium amount of test only


Eq is worth it's weight in empty oil - And Anavar is just not going to give you anything being at your Bf%

Yeah from my understanding the Anavar is best used at 10-12% BF... ok so what dose of test? 500 week? mon (250) and thurs (250)?... 250 a week?... thanks for the help

That's pretty much I gather on the Var. I have never had the funds to use it myself. But, my woman will be running some soon


What Bf% r u at? Kinda sounds like you're not really ready for juice. But, it doesn't mean you can't run it & get a substantial benefit. From your whole post, nothing says anything about your diet. The diet will make or break you, specially on the sauce.

If your thinking that cycling will help u lose wight it's not and if your worried about sides you use things like var eq dbol without test you'll be worse off

I'm at about 18% right now.. diet has been cleaned up a lot in the last month.. I wanted to shed a few lbs before I start obviously.. 1 cheat meal per week. everything else chicken, veggies, some fruits, nuts, beef jerky as snack.


I am not trying to look like the hulk, I am just trying to get lean and harder.

I know you all are thinking... don't use anything of what you have.. clean your diet and get in shape naturally. LOL

It's more like getting the most out of what you got. Just running sauce doesn't do much, if everything else isn't in check.


I'd personally run the test @ low dose(like 350mg a week) and run an extreme cal deficit to drop the fatness.

Save the Var for next cycle, which u should be starting at about 12%Bf

Thats what I was thinking... But some say why run such a low dose and risk shutting down for only 350 a week... Anyways I'm just nervous on how my body will react, like I said I did a DBOL only cycle when I was 18 and I def got big but I got gyno, and had to get the stuff cut out many years later! .... I have some liquid nolvadex and clomid (def underground but one of my friends swears by it) ... will that be fine coming off of 350 a week?

and obviously my diet will def be in check when I am on it, I was thinking doing an extreme cal deficit and just stay heavy on the cardio. what would you recommend for the cal deficit?

That's on you man - I have ran a IF diet with a harsh cal deficit before & will do it again. But, this doesn't mean everyone wants to.


The juice is what will keep you from wasting while cutting your cals.

so you recommend 350 test a week.. an AI to take every other day? and finishing out with clomid and nolvadex after cycle? what type of AI ? thanks for the help man..

Well, it's either that - or cut natty


Arimidex is the most common, usually at about .25-.5g's EOD


Don't expect anything crazy from this really. It will just allow you to cut much harder than you can naturally.

yeah thats all I'm really looking for right now... almost like a little jump start to see how I react. I don't have any arimidex on hand and I gotta figure out a legit source to get, so until I do I will wait.. this is definitely needed?

When i was young i did an Anavar 6 wk only cycle at 94kg and 19%bf and i dropped more then 10kg in 6 weeks with my bf (measured) down to 9,5%

So it does what everyone says. But thats just my opinion ^^

Hey If i start this TEST E 250 this week and break down the 175/ 2 injections a week... will i need the armidex right away? apparently its coming in on sunday.

from what i've read, Anavar really only kicks in at around 10-12% bf,
If i was going to run it, i'd want to be atleast under 12.

Im on test 300mg a week doi need to take Al...im going into my 8th week. My test levels were very low...had a blood test and i was at 80. Im 5.10 200 bf%15 52 years young
