Got a bottle of ar-rs t3 at 200mcg/ml, ive taken it once befoer about 2 years ago, cant remmeber what time of the day i took it though, ive read its best to just pop it in your mouth right before bed.
Thoughts.
Also, i used 100mcg last time around just did 0.5ml, anyone else use this dose?
i take it first thing in the morning. I start out low and work my self up. I am sure you can do a search and find a lot of information on T3
Half life is too long for timing to matter when taken daily.

75mcg is a pretty sweet t3 dose for your first time. Heck I like 75mcg along with tren and have run it many many times at that dose in fact.
nah used t3 a few times before at i think 100mcg or so, cant really remember. Pretty sure tho lol. Easy to dose anyway, just squirt 0.5ml in ur mouth and done haha! No need to try and complicate the measure.
I feel being the size i am now and having the pilonidal sinus, and acidic reflux and my toe operation that i am more prone to issues, also having the flu a lot more then when i was 20kg lighter, i just dont want issues with my thyroid, what are the chances of running into issues, im just a tad paranoid? Also will T3 effect my GERD, i have to use somac daily for it.
