Question What is HGH and should I take it> -- with pics!

This may or may not be a lengthy read as I plan on giving kind of a summary of myself so people can better their help for me, I thank you in advance for your time.

Howdy! Pretty new to this website. I am a 19 year old Engineering student at Texas A&M University. I have been working out for quite a few years now; I got serious into fitness and my aesthetics around my junior year of high school. I have been quite intrigued by the science behind HGH because it seems less of a subtle drug than steroids and the other injections that come with cycles. I have searched online for answers but couldn't find any that sufficed so I decided to come to the one place I thought best: HELLO WEBSITE FOR PEOPLE THAT USE I was curious exactly was HGH is (I know that it is GH produced in our body but what exactly is it when it's artificially made), what is consists of, what the different names are, what the different color tops mean, and finally, what IUs are and how many is safe to take.

I don't know if 19 is too young to consider any of this stuff so I look to you guys for help. Here's a little about myself: I am approximately 6'4", roughly 210-215 lbs. I have a very slender build but I do have some volume to most parts of my body. Like mentioned before, I have been working out for a few years now and I've loved it. I eat moderately healthy-- low carb except for pre and post workout to restore my glycogen levels, low fat, but high calorie and high protein for bulk. I eat 5-7 meals per day that are usually lean yet protein packed. I work out 4-6 days a week with the usual chest/tris, back/bis, legs, shoulders/traps, abs, etc. build. Initially when I first started lifting, I was a buck 65 soaking wet, now 215 on a good day. I have always wanted a big build. I have always wanted to casually start to body build but due to my tall nature, my body parts lag behind my strength. My weaknesses mainly are my chest, back, and shoulders. They aren't necessarily small but you can tell they're my weaknesses. I feel they are strong muscles as my max on bench is roughly 300 but my muscles in general do not like to grow whenever my strength goes up. I have tried several splits, workouts, workout styles, reps, sets, all that... BUT MY MUSCLES DO NOT GROW. I just keep getting slightly stronger.

At the bottom I will include some recent pictures of myself I took last night so you guys can kind of get an idea of what build I have. I am not necessarily interested in buying anything right off the bat, but I am definitely curious what HGH is, what it can do for me, and if I wanted it, how and what to get. I appreciate it guys and have a great day!

For one thing you are to young. Secondly, if you do not know what something is then you should Definitely not take it. This forum is not a source board so we can not help you on where to locate things. I'm not trying to be rude in the slightest. I have a feeling this will be all you get for info my friend.

There is no specific age in which people stop growing. The main reason you both are to young is because your endocrine system is not fully developed.

I appreciate your answer and I will take it into consideration but I did specifically state that I wasn't looking to buy right now and that I did not want to take it right now. I just overheard people at the gym speaking about it and wanted some more info. Thank you!

Your diet is what keeping you from growing.

HGH is growth hormone, ur 19 so you already have very high growth hormone naturally, it would be a complete waste to take it.

Don't think of steroids till your 25-26, you will be at much higher risk of never fully recover and/or have further complications down the road.

Also, at 19, you naturally have a ton of testosterone in your veins, if you use it properly you dont need anything else.

Well my diet at the moment consists of the usual 5-7 whole eggs scrambled with some breakfast sausage thrown in, glass of milk or a protein shake, supps, then some almonds as a snack in class, then biiiig lunch of a spinach salad, gluten free roast beef wrap, chicken breast, and steamed veggies, and then about 2 more shakes and some almonds for pre and post, then whatever for dinner. Is it that I'm not eating enough or what would you recommend? -- throw in some whole fruit in there too. I love me the hell out of some grapes, bananas, and cantaloupe.

GH when young is for someone who doesn't mind resembling a Neanderthal with GH gut

I am almost double your age & still don't wanna hit GH until I am post 40.

Juicing at a young age is something pretty hard core & is reserved for a select few. There is no turning back when you pick up the spike. There are a lot of irreversible negatives that's for sure. . . .I know I'd wanna get sauced young being how I am now. But, damn - you will add so many possible complications into your life, you don't even know.

Here's some: Lipid profiles gone to shit while even under 20, high BP, giving blood regularly, pinning, a large possibility of having to stay on TRT, more pining(hcg & regi trt)

And those are just the regulars, now if you have real complication like early liver damage - you're in for a real treat

GL man - We only get one body

A lot of potential here still without any substances. Eat more food, bottom line, consistently and you will grow. Not sure what your training looks like but it also plays a significant role. Strength is important because it will allow you to move higher weight for more reps, but have to get some reps in to maximize size increases.

You look great for being 19 years old. Just remember this is a lengthy process.
