My first cycle, possible 2nd

I think my first cycle is going to be

• Test C
• Hcg
• Liquid stane
• PCT (open to ideas for this)

This is of course after i get my body fat % down. I read you should be at 16% before starting. I'm currently at 33% so i'm going to get down to at least 20% before starting. If everything goes good after my first cycle, pct, and wait time I'm thinking about Test C and Deca . My goal is to gain muscle mass over the winter while cutting fat. When spring hits i'll start trying to cut. Any thoughts/ideas are appreciated. I'm going to post my diet in the diet nutrition section to get advice on that. Thanks

Also have a few questions after reading several posts on here.

1. Why is certan AIs (Liquid Stane, Letro) called suicidal injectors? Call me crazy but I'm skeptical on putting something in my body that's referted to as suicidal lol.
2. Is everyone telling their doctor they need blood work for steroids? If i go to my dcotor and ask for pre-blood work, mid blood work, and post blood work they're going to want to know what it's for. Ideas?

Once you get bf% to 15 or less you should run a basic Test only cycle not deca .
There are some great stickies on pct which should be nolva and clomid.
On the ai side I prefer arimidex but again there are some great stickies through this forum.
Keep at cutting your body fat and you will be amazed how you can manipulate the body with the proper diet.
Anyway read and then read some more.

hey guys. 1st cycle, running 500 test e a week and 75mg tbol ed. Have been taking adex 0.5 eod since first injection with no sides what so ever until yesterday I had the day off work and was checking for lumps and noticed a small lump but not underneath the nipple nor on the areola, about 2 cm to the left of it. No other gyno sides what so ever, no puffiness nor itching or pain. This lump could have always been here for all I know. just curious if you guys think this is the onset on gyno or something else as I hate taking 1ml eod of adex as it drys my joints out will but will continue if you think its the start of gyno. thanks in advance for any input/help. I know this isn't the right thread sorry just I don't know how to start my own and im quiet paranoid
