2nd cycle, advice for safe AAS use please

Hi all,

I recently done my first ever cycle. For this i listened to a "know it all" in the gym who gave me various bits of misinformation - for example, HCG being for PCT (nothing else).

Anyway, soon i will be looking to embark on a second cycle and i want to get some proper advice. From what i understand, individuals can vary quite a lot in their response to AAS due to genetics. During my last cycle of sust 300 I started to get ED issues in about the 6th week (12 week cycle), which continued through my PCT.

This time i want to get all my stuff in advance. What should i get to mitigate the ED side? Im thinking of sticking to sust 300 (this a good idea?) for the cycle, only looking for moderate gains.

If someone could recommend a protocol for me from start to finish, including PCT and any "back up" chems i need to correct the ED side, that would be super.

Have you carried out a proper pct yet? You should be looking to fix yourself before you even think about thinking about another cycle.

No PCT. I havent been able to get hold of any. Its been 8 weeks since my last HCG dose and 13 weeks since my last sust injection. From what ive been reading, it is OK to do no PCT - some people do it regularly - it just means recovery will take longer. In terms of my mood, testes, and sex drive, most has returned to normal now.

I wont be starting my next cycle for at least another 8 weeks or so, but given the time it takes to get the stuff, i thought id start now.

Ive been reading. Thought id be lazy and ask an expert just to put it together for me. Plus, given the ED side, I wanted to see if anyone could talk from experience on how to control it if it manifests again.

Mostly everything that is needed for PCT can be bought on AR-R banner at top. As far as the Sus cycle, i would pin it EOD to maybe every 3 days. This has worked great for me in past.

For your ED, if you get it again while on cycle, get yourself the liquid Cialis or liquid V. Works amazing for me.

They way you feel is not giving the whole picture. I would go get blood work before embarking on your next cycle. Make sure all you numbers are back to normal and this will also allow to look back at these numbers after your next cycle and see where you were left off then.

Thank you. Im thinking that my ED issue was probably due to estrogen, so I need something to inhibit that whilst on cycle.

Agreed, a less objective measure would be needed to get to find out when i have truly reached my normal baselines. How do i do this, though? Im in the UK, do i have to walk into my Dr's and say "hi im a steroid user, can i get some BW done" ????

Check with your local needle exchange and see if they do blood tests for steroid users. It's free and confidential if they do.

You can get the AI (estrogen blocker) from ARR the site sponsor. Arimadex is what I would use.
Read all the stickies at the top of the forum. They are marked important for that very reason. You need that info.

I experienced Ed during cycle too. Once I started takin stane and got e2 in check I was better.

As far as putting the cycle together do some research write one up and then ask questions. At the end of the day you should understand why your injecting or taking something. And not just listening to one persons protocol.
