So I'm just curious I know working out increases the size of your muscle cells, while taking hgh makes new cells.
My question is does natural gh produce new cells or do you have to take more than your normal production?

Biology 101 dude !
Lol just didn't know if you needed an excess of it for it to affect tissue growth
Any one have any good info or articles
I am not going to do the research for you but if you want articles here is a good place to start. Just be wary, just because they pop up as scholarly does not mean they are all worth a hoot.
Google Scholar
natural growth hormone - Google Scholar
Times i believe the op is asking if endogenous gh levels are high enough to create new cells. Or if you have to take a larger exogenous dose.
It doesn't really matter, since hypertrophy is plenty effective will grossly overshadow any gains from hyperplasia even with GH or whatever.

Bonaparte I always thought gh was what separates the amateurs from the pros. Again just curious thanks for the answers
It certainly helps a lot, but hyperplasia probably isn't even a significant factor in that equation. It induces far more significant hypertrophic gains. People just tout its hyperplasia benefits because some studies have shown that it may induce hyperplasia, whereas AAS do not. So stop getting hung up on the idea of hyperplasia.

hyperplasia could be a relevant discussion point, IF the individual were willing to run it for many years. But this requires two critical things most lack:
financial resources - HGH could cost $15k or more per year, and if ten years.........
reliable source - "reliable" = legit in the long term without risk of bogus. Access to pharm grade for very long periods of time is about the only way I feel this would work given our current environment.
Lol ok thank for the reply
