Hey guys maybe I should have posted this under the diet and nutrition section but I wanted more people to see the thread because I think the app is that good! It's called MyFitnessPal, it's a free app I got on the App Store, not sure if it's on androids play store or not. But it's free, and it's an easy great way to keep track of your Dailey calories and nutrition, wether you are trying to gain weight or loose weight, you simply set it for which of those chooses you are trying to achieve, set a goal, and it will calculate your needed calorie intake. Its so nice you can even scan the barcode of a good your having set the serving size and add it to your diary as a food eaten. It's super nice I can't list all the great features. I know I will be using this app, hope I can help someone else out with tracking the food intake. Enjoy!
