low testosterone , high LH and FSH

Hi I'm M 25 age 71 kg weigh 1.87 cm tall , single, normal diet
I've been working out more than half two years and for the last two months i started feel my body has no energy with exhaust and tried while working out, some friends advised me to do testo test, I've done it and these are the results below :

    testosterone 3.2 pg/ml normal value(2.5-10)
    FSH 21 mIU/ml normal value(1-14)
    LH 16 mIU/ml normal value (0.7-7.4)
    TSH 0.7 u/l(0.5-5.5)
    T3 2.3 n.mol/l(1.2-2.85)
    T4 135 n.mol/l(54-152)

Is that testo ratio causes the exhaust and tried ? and does it has a relation with my beard hair because its not completed and there is an empty spot between beard and chin hair...I'm thinking of 500 mg/wk test E .

What do u suggest for me to do plz ?

Yeah great idea just like if you ate something that makes you sick you should eat more of it to fix the problem. NOT
NO do not run a cycle or take any testosterone . That would just make things a lot worse. You need to have more test done and find out what is wrong

To be blunt, your LH and FSH are excessively high as they are trying to signal your testies to produce test and sperm, but it's not working. It's indicative of primary hypogonadism which means you may have some kind of issue within your testicals. You need to see a competent doctor for this.

Have you had any testicular trauma recently or been evaluated for Varicoceles?

In most cases, your GP can easily determine whether you are primary or secondary with simple routine blood work. The fact that your testosterone return is high and FSH/LH returns are low, strongly suggests primary hypogonadism (testies dysfunction) as Kelly has suggested above.

Ask your GP to run tests for hypogonadism then proceed from there. And i agree with Lovbyts, do NOT add any AAS until you have proper diagnosis.

There is no such thing as compensating testosterone . It will shut down your production 100% and make it even harder to ever recover. 500mg is also a full blown cycle. People on trt run 100mg - 150mg per week but its for life.

100% better to try to find the problem and fix it.

Btw go kick you friends in the nuts for trying to ruin yours.

Adding exogenous test will only shut down the work your hypothalamus / pituitary are trying to do. Meaning that they would no longer produce LH & FSH. See a doc, find the root cause FIRST!

Well, you may not be aware of a Varicocele.
I would choose a Urologist, imho.

I think I've just found it it's a Varicoceles I've examined my scrotum and found just like the venous plexus at the surface and I can see it clearly and can sense it with my finger at the bottom and behind (not on the side) the left side testis and when i checked the right testis its smooth and there is no veins appears like on the other side ... how could I didnt notice it or feel there is something wrong all that time ago ????

When I stand and bend over ahead and when the scrotum laying down I see that the left side testis is laying down more than the other one (they are not on a straight horizontal line ) and I can only notice the venous plexus when the testis lays down

WAY too much visualization! Suddenly my stomach hurts.

Now, get to a doc and get your boys examined professionally. Female doc preferable. BTW, they are normally reparable.

    TMI... lol
I had a Spermatocele for many years and finally had it removed because at least once a month it felt like someone had kicked me in the nuts for 2 or 3 days in a row. I hate that doctors dont tell you the other complications that can be associated with these things. They want to just leave them unless it become painful. Well what about how you have felt like sh*t for a couple years? They never tell you it could be associated.

I had mine removed of course and a vasectomy at the same time. I'm not sure about the Varicoceles but with the Spermatocele they have to cut the sack open all the way, take everything out and remove it from the spaghetti twisted mess.

The doctor told me there are 2 parts of the body that blow up or swell when the are exposed to oxygen. The brain and the balls. See how closely they are connected. Really it was not bad though. I was back at work (with an ice pack) the next day. There was never any pain, only some discomfort.

Just dont do like I did and start lifting to soon or going out riding the jetski a week later. The stitches tend to start to come loose and the funny looking white stuff inside tries to make it's way out. Doctor was not happy with me but it healed OK. lol

Actually it is normal that the left testis is lower that the right one. I hope you figure out what the problem is, good luck!

I went for a Urologist and told him the whole story and showed him the tests results then he checked me out and said the testosterone lvl is normal and within the range there is nothing to worry about and there is a simple kind of Varicocele then he told me to rise my legs when sleeping and to take roxonin tab (Analgesic )
