    Cycle extension

    hi people.

im on my 13th week of test cyp only, pinning 2ml per week.
only starting to see gains now, im suppose to start my pct in 6 weeks, taking a break for 3 weeks before starting the pct.
i just want to know cant i extend my cycle?
my training is not up to par, because i hurt my arm doing shoulder press 4 weeks ago, what would you suggest?

2ml per week doesnt tell anyone anything - how many mgs is it? No mention of an AI or any HCG ?
13 weeks in and you are only seeing gains now? What do you consider gains? Where are you now in comparison to where you started 13 weeks ago?
    What are your goals
    Age?
    Weight?
    BF%
    Cycle history?
    Training History?
    Diet?

If you're using 200mg/ml Test Cyp, I'm assuming you're taking 400mg/wk. Test Cyp's a pretty long ester and I normally see results in about 5 to 6 weeks. Seeing results in week 13 seems a little long. I would finish out the cycle at 16 weeks, rest 3 weeks, and start your PCT. I've heard of guys running 20 week cycles but I don't recommend it.

Depending on your source, your protocol is likely between 400-500mg per week. And if youre only now reporting gains in your 13th week, your gear is under dosed or/and your diet needs to be re evaluated. Full stop.
