    New member new cycle

    19 and looking for a better work out plan to gain muscle and lose fat.

    400/week of Primo is a waste. Too young to plan a good cycle. I'm not a fan of Primo Ace. Primo E can be run at 1,200/week a whole lot easier for 16 weeks.

    Maybe try eating and training. You will look great for a long time if you follow my plan. Yes this is me over 50.

    Finished a cycle 2 months ago. Jumping back on....

    I'm thinking that the OP forgot the Time On + PCT = Time Off rule...
