    MMA and bodybuilding

Hi, maybe its a question asked over and over again, but I didn’t find much about it: Is there any chance to loose muscle mass doing MMA??
My goal is to maintain muscle, till my new cycle, but I want to maintain cardio aswell, I did MMA before when I was natural, but at 70kg it wasn’t my thing, now with 83kg its different.
MMA implicates big amounts of strenght, and the guys doing that are quiet big, different from the Kickboxing division, where they are all small.

at 83kg you dont need anything but food mate. If you want to maintain mass, you know the answer, you are just seeking for attention. the answer is to stay on .

ok, so I should put my diet over caloric?? is there any chance then to maintain my gains?? what do you mean by stay on??
Last time, I did my cycle break overcaloric, gained tons of fat, but mainteined muscle mass very well, but lost cardio like fck.
maybe put some strenght training, could help maintain muscle stressed??

A 6 foot guy who weighs 167lbs after running a cycle? Don't worry about maintaining muscle, you don't have any to lose. If you're not trolling, you need food and not steroids.

Is your ring name, Starvin' Marvin?

my genetics are not that easy, and I don't aim ti get real big. I want still look natural. maybe 90kg lean could be a good goal, taking in mind that I'm still missing a lot of leg mass.

You just need to eat enough to make up the calories. Btw size and strength are quite irrelivant in all fighting sports, obviously they have their place but there's weight classes for a reason. If you plan on relying on strength to fight, you're not going to get very far.

my goal is to get enough size to take on bigger guys. maybe I'll never make it to the heavyweights, but now I can handle fat guys up to 110kg, thanks to my streght.

What part don't you understand about weight classes? Weight, as in pounds/kilograms, and classes, different categories or weights. So you fight people your own size.

Your strength is going to be useless against a weak person the same size as you with any skill.
