    doses

    How should I spread the doses of Cytomel out. Right now its every 4 hours. I take 4-5 times a day.

    that should be ok, you even can do 3 times a day.

    cytomel 's half life is pretty long so it doesnt really matter - i would think that you would want to take them before late afternoon tho unless you have something to help you sleep.

    The way hypothyroid patients take them is the whole dose in the morning on an empty stomach due to its long half live (60 hours or so).
    Rusty your handle reminds me of that annoying caractor from MadTV, lol
