    Not getting any strength gains on dbol

    Test E 500mg/ D-Bol 37.5mg ED
    Goal of Cycle: (first priority) Strength, (second priority) Mass

    I am finishing up my second week on dbol.

    I've gained around 10 pounds my first week on dbol, and about 3 pounds this week. However, my strength does not appear to have gone up at all, or even worse on some occasions. I'm eating around 3k - 4k cals a day. Has anyone has the same experience?

    For me, strength strarts kicking in around day ten or so on D

    Well, it's been a total of 15 days now since I started test, and 17 for dbol

    two thoughts

    that's a moderately low dose.
    your gear could be underdosed
    and give it a few more days before doing anything

    you could melt test it to see if it melts at the right temp.

    I would take the entire dbol dose pre work out. About an hour. Have you done that, do you feel any more aggression in the gym? How are your pumps?

    I don't get any strenght gains either on dbol. I don't even get weight gain. the only thing I get on Dbol, is a freakin sickness, I feel like I could throw up all day.

    I take 25 before working out and 12.5 before/after depending on what time I go to the gym. I do feel back pumps now, but otherwise no big difference.

    Test will take 4+ weeks to feel and d-bol is a fairly low dose so you may not get big strength gains, but sounds like you have the quick weight gain from so water retention from it.

    Yeah but you don't gain on anything. So that really means nothing.

    Just a quick update, I think it may be due to the fact that my gear is bunk. Tomorrow will be 6 weeks on test, and I stopped dbol a week and a half ago. Overall, I am up around 60 pounds on squat/bench/deads, but coming out of a cut I expected my strength to rebound. Eating about 3000 - 3500 cals a day, compared to around 2300 - 2500 before my cycle. Only side effect I have gotten is a bit of chest acne, also running adex .25mg eod. .

    60 pounds on each lift or on your total?

    On my total. 30 on squat, 15 on bench and deads.

    7 and a half weeks now. Weight is up 2 pounds, strength remains the same. Pretty disheartening, could it possibly be too much AI? The most I have taken in .25mg adex EOD.

    7 weaks and only gained 2 pounds? You need to eat more.

    Have you gotten mid cycle blood work yet? That will tell you if your gear is legit and/or if your E2 is too high or low. Assuming gear is real, the only thing that can be holding you back is calories. Try going up another 500 per day.

    dude if the ai is high the d-bol wont work. i had the same problem i relized how dry i was no pump. d-bol needs the water and estrogen lower ai def.

    Sorry, some poor phrasing. I'm up two pounds in the past 2 or so weeks.I'm up around 20 pounds in the past 7 and a half, with a bit of bodyfat. I won't be able to get bloods due to my current situation. So then I should increase my intake to 3700/ day?
