    Question 23 years old 7 years training first cycle

    hy i do alot of research , about anything.i have 23 years old in about 1 week, i have train for about 7 years, 200 lbs 183 cm, 10%bf ,43 cm in arms on rest days. is ok wit my age?
    first time i was thinking about 12 week of test e (testobolin alpha pharma)
    500 mg test e /week
    6/12 mg aromasin /
    500 u.i hcg on cycle /week
    pct clomnid 6 weeks/week 1 50mg than .25 for 5 week
    tamox 1-6 w/first week 40 mg than 20 mg
    and supplements daa,fish oil,zma,vitamin d 10000 u.i multi.bcaa whey creatine,carnitine
    .but i read anabolic book Llewellyn, William 9th edition
    and i thinking now for 10 weeks first weeks 250 mg test
    than week 2-9 500mg/w and the last week 250 mg. is my cycle ok i steel read a lot but more advice from veterans good for me to take a proper decision.
    and also i thinking to make a blood test , total test and free test and if i have a full test i think the best is to wait a little , if is slightly decreased even is in normal range i think is ok to start , advice? thank you.

    I wouldn't fluctuate the amount of test I take.
    Steady blood levels are key.

    fter to think about aas i have a good diet , i monitoring my calories 35 % protein 40 carbs 25 healty fat
    good train (4 days split body /upper body /lower body) and i try all supplements posibile , until i until I realized what ii all need is creatine fishoil , bcaa(when im cuttyng or i when i try to keep my body in a anabolic state)

    whey dextroze multi,vitamin d.
    this is a photo about 2 mounth ago with me after a upper body workout (im all natural) in this photo iv come after 4200 kal becouse i was on keto diet and lose some muscle ,i dont like it, and then 4200 kal and i was bak muscle memory shows his face i think, now im a little flat becouse im on 2800-2900 kal + salbutamol , i want to lose much i can bf until i start this cycle .

    Work the legs hard.

    i have good legs i work 2 time/week legs and also deadlift 2 time /w
    is ok with my age i hear and a lot of people tell me do not start till i have 25
