I have a friend that is on a cycle and I told him last night about milk thistle and he had never heard of it. I don't know the specifics of his cycle, it is all very new to me but I am slowly doing my homework. I guess the question is, how do you know if you need to be taking milk thistle and how much according to your specific cycle. I'm working on getting him on here to do his homework but he has a proffessional advising him and is content with that. I prefer to have as much knowledge as possible before I try something. Any help is appreciated.
