Thread: first cycle

    first cycle

    Finally want to run my first cycle and I was thinking of test E and DECA? basically I'm completely ignorant with all of this and mostly depend on information from my friends that know it so any input is helpful

    Start by reading the stickies, and stating your age/height/weight/bodyfat% and training experience.

    I'm 24 5'10 225lbs, been lifting for about 4 years and have taken a couple prohormones over that time. But they seemed pretty pointless

    Test only is best for first cycle.
    if you run more than one compound and you have a issue or reaction you will not know what caused it.
    with test alone (ran correctly) the gains will be more than expected.

    OK, and does it matter which one I take or is test just test

    Tes is tes..... If u can find cyp or enanthate that would be ideal. Some argue sus isn't that great but it's all I used to use and never had a prob with it.
