How to mix hcg

I was wondering how to mix hcg it is my first time doing it with a cycle.

Get yourself an empty sterile vial, theyre online for 2$ and also bacteriostatic water if you dont have it. (i see you look like you have some there.)

Snap the top of the hcg ampule away from you in a quick motion, withdraw the water with a 3cc syringe preferably, if you were dosing at 500 iu a week i would either put 2ml or 4ml of water to reconstitute it. Mix the water in the ampule of hcg and let it completely mix, then withdraw all of it carefully and put it into an empty vial and refrigerate it. Youll be injecting with an insulin syringe so if you did it with 2ml of water 1 marker on your syringe will give you 500 iu, if you mixed with 4ml of water the 1 marker on your syringe will give you 250 iu
