    My First Cycle

    I am 27 years 6'2" 265lbs . November makes one year that I have lost 60lbs. I am about 26% body fat still. I want to run 10-12 weeks of Test stacked with Equipoise , followed by Nolvadex . I want to shred this body fat by doing intense cardio and lifting. I have always been an athlete, and my diet has been decent (I have lost 60 lbs). Do you think running this stack is the way to go? I would like to lose 5-10% body fat. I know it wont be instant and will take time, but am I going the correct route?

    Please help me out.

    All bad, your body fat it too high - you will most likely experience all the bad sides of a cycle if you chose to go ahead. Also you should only run a test cycle first go. You'd be surprised what a little extra test will do for you. But again at 26% body fat that is a f**kin bad idea...get it down to 15% or lower (is better).
    Do way more reading on here, allot of good stickies to inform yourself with. Dont jump the gun and start injecting, you have allot of learning to do first.

    what about var? doesn't the EQ and Var aid in the burning of fat?

    the gear isnt going to go bad. If you're going to do it you might as well do it proper...or not...up to you.

    you can set that stuff aside until you get your body fat down to 15% or lower, you are already doing great, you're down 60lbs. Its not a sprint its a marathon bud. Get to 15% then come back with a cycle plan. Just store the gear properly and it will be waiting for you when you come back to it.

    If you hit a wall on your weight loss, go over to the diet & nutrition section, there are some gurus there that will help you out.

    You can use gear to help drop bf and gain muscle. A low test cycle would work, You need top study up some more on pct and hcg .
