Yeah had checked on the 24th it was 130/80 little high for me, been 115/70. Just figured it was from the tren. My midsection comes from when I was locked up. Sat around played cards and ate top romin soups. Got out at 315lbs then cut down to 235, now building up. Got blood work scheduled after week 6, and bod pod December 16th
You look great. I would not have guessed it weight at 260. You have an easy time gaining?
Thanks most people can't believe I weigh 260. Most don't believe until see scale or walk threw a door way. Just really evenly proportioned. Last pic was 272, I got to 278 thought that was a little to big. Was training for local comp. then tore a muscle in neck pushing to hard. Damn tren monster got me
Looking good, I lost a lot of bf doing tren e, it just fell off. How tall are you, Im 255 at 6,6 and want to get to 270ish through the summer cycle.
6'2" and 260 is a monster. I cut down to 242 for the beginning of July, then coasted through the summer adding bf back on slowly. Started bulking and doing heavy weights in Sept now I float between 252-257 depending on water retention from beer and food over the weekends. I have never done a bodpod test, I will have to look into it when I cut for next summer. I'm guessing I was around 10% in July, probably 15% now.

Pictures are very deceiving, people don't realize how tall and big I am at first glance because my proportions are very good. Then they stand beside me or see me beside someone else and that is when it really shows. I went to Vegas to see the Olympia and was 280 at about 15-18% and the guys at the supplement booths wanted me to wear their shirts, kinda like a big billboard lol. I don't consider myself big, I am a good size, but I would consider myself big at 300 or so.
Exactly how I am, I tell people just watch me walk threw a door way. My shoulders almost hit the sides. If I stand in doorway and do lat spread I can hit the sides
It looks like you put forth effort but I see that you need to increase your motivation for chest and back day, or whatever day you work your chest. And hit it from all 4 angles. at least twice a week.

Us tall guys can pull of a 14% bf and make it look like 10% as long as the mid-section stays intact. Keep up the good work RoughNeck.
First off I apologised no need to scold me on my post.
From his first pic he does look like he is at a high bf% and was looking to run tren e at 400 EW with no mention of on cycle support. So i did ask him as u can see on the post above.
Regardless of how many cycles i have ran i have done a ton of research. Now i know that research (reading and conversations) and compound experience (compound usage) are two totally different things. I may not know what tren feels like but i can at least do my part and point someone in the right direction (which is what i was doing) because i have done a good amount of research. (I was doing my part as an active member. Now if u want u flame me for that then all power to u brother)

Took some measurements tonight, around thigh and hamstring 26in, waist 37in around chest underneath arms 50in, around shoulders 58in
I'm the same way with regard to fat retention, all of it sticks to my midsection, I'm fairly lean everywhere else all the time, but it just all goes there to begin. Prob from my gram feeding us endless toast, oatmeal with half a stick of butter, and greasy pan fried cheeseburgers thru all of our formative years.... God I wish I could go back to those years again
