T3 vs T3+T4

Hi,

I can use two products, T3 ( 25mcg ) and T3+T4 ( 20mcg T3 + 100mcg T4 ). Big difference beetween it?

I mean for example

50mcg T3 vs. 40mcg T3 + 200mcg T4 ?

I could be mistaken but if I remember correctly only about 1/4 of T4 gets converted into T3. So 200mcg of T4 would equal 50mcg of T3. Assuming I am correct that would allow you to make a better decision based off doses.

So... 40mcg T3 + 200mcg T4 = ~90mcg T3?
